Week 1
This is exciting, so far, have tried out - Bodypump, Bodybalance, Ceremony, GRIT Strength.
Toughest thing so far was keeping up, but hoping the practice makes things betetr.
Best thing so far was that there is always a time limit to the workouts haha.....
