Giving: A Two-Way Street
Studies have reported that giving not only benefits the recipient but the giver as well. You help out somebody in need without expecting anything in return but surprise, surprise! You get good karma! Giving lowers your risk for depression, and it makes you feel good.
The EoS Fitness Team functions that way. From instructors that genuinely care about our members and treat them as family, to members that give their 100% and are welcoming to new people. We grow, we help each other out...and now, we want to take that in a more global sense through Workout for Water.
