Gratitude.

Its been an incredible 3, close to 4 months being a part of this WorkoutForWater campaign. We've made so much progress and raised so much to bring access to clean water to children in Africa.

This campaign might be ending soon (I think), but our efforts here should still continue.. so I urge everyone to continue donating. And I want to express my sincere thanks to everyone who has been a part of this. I didn't meet my stretch goal yet, but that doesn't mean I'm going to give up :p

(First) Goal reached!

OH MY GOODNESS. We did it! We reached the goal I had set for myself.

When I started off on this campaign I wasn't confident that I could hit my goal at all. But you have erased any doubt in my mind now.

I need to give a huge shoutout to my family, friends, the supportive members at Fitness First and Virgin Active where I teach my BODYJAM and SHBAM classes, as well as the strangers who may not know me at all. Through your contribution and sharing, you have made this possible. We are one tribe coming together to change the world. 

But it doesn't end here, so please continue to support this wonderful cause. 

On my part, I will be matching the donations made thus far to my page as promised, which means we would have successfully funded 4 water pumps! I don't have the capacity to match donations beyond this, but I'm also grateful we have taken it this far already. 

Moving forward, let's see if we can get to 6 water pumps? Consider it a stretch goal.

WorkoutForWater is back!

#WorkoutForWater is back and I'm taking part again this year! So Les Mills has partnered with UNICEF to raise money to bring clean water - something we often take for granted - to villages in Ethiopia. I was so happy to have been able to do my part to raise funds and awareness 2 years ago, and this year I want to do more.

In support of this cause, I am pledging to match every donation made through my page. My goal this year is to raise enough to build at least 2 water pumps. Join me in supporting this cause and let's bring some positive change to the world.
