A little about me for those that are interested: I am a BODYATTACK, GRIT, and TONE presenter for LMUS. You may have seen me last year at LML in Florida or on a filming release of the programs I had the honor to be a presenter on.

Recently, I had to put LM on pause while I shifted focus to sweat in a different way: I attended the fire academy in Tennessee to become a career Firefighter. It's also a great way to extend my passion for helping others as a first responder.

Since then, I've successfully passed all courses in the academy and am officially on duty! Now that I am set and stable with my career, I am diving head first back into supporting Les Mills with all that I am able. A great way to start is by supporting efforts for Work Out For Water. 

Lately on the job, we have been testing and flowing 10-15 fire hydrants to make sure they're working and up to optimal performance in case of an emergency. To "Flow" a hydrant takes about 5 minutes and in that time, you can see water flow at full force (90PSI) for about 30 seconds while more than 500 gallons of water shoot out of the hydrant. To work as a first responder and firefighter means to serve and make a difference in my city. As we flow these hydrants, visibly seeing the water puts my mind to the ones in need of clean viable water.
