In lieu of any birthday presents/calls/goodvibes/thoughts/facebooklikes, I'd love for you to have a little read about Workout For Water. A cause that Les Mills has championed to help change the world and provide clean drinking water for the Amhara region. Too often, we take for granted or even ignore our own privileged access to clean drinking water. Waterborne diseases are responsible for most of the deaths in East Africa, with women and children having to walk 4 hours a day just to get water (like walking to the summit of Rangitoto twice).
